At LuxoraMall, we strive to provide our users with the best possible experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have created a refund policy that clearly states that no refunds will be made for any transactions on our platform.


Once a transaction has been completed on the platform, all sales are final. This means that Sellers cannot cancel their transactions or request refunds for any reason


LuxoraMall understands that situations may arise where Sellers may want to cancel or request a refund for their transaction, but LuxoraMall is unable to make exceptions to this policy. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Sellers to ensure that they are fully satisfied with the offers before making any transactions

LuxoraMall encourages all Customers to carefully review the listing, ask the seller any questions they may have, and thoroughly research the product or service before making a purchase. If a customer has any concerns or issues with a transaction, they are encouraged to reach out to the seller and attempt to resolve the issue with them directly.


If a customer encounters any issues with a seller that they are unable to resolve, they can contact our customer support team for assistance. While LuxoraMall cannot provide refunds, LuxoraMall can provide mediation and support to help resolve any issues.


LuxoraMall understands that a no refund policy may not be ideal for all users, but LuxoraMall believes that it is the best policy for our platform to ensure fairness and consistency for all parties involved.
